The art museum was formerly an abandoned factory, adjacent to the Red Brick Factory Creative Park, which lost its original appearance in the passage of years. The time goes back to 2018, when the Pillar-Art Museum was built here as a big toy for Koho Lee to give to his son Da zhu, which was once favored by many young people, however, on the 228th day after opening to the public, the Pillar-Art Museum faced demolition for urban planning reasons, and everything seemed to come to an abrupt end.

The beauty will not disappear, it will exist in another form, or return in another state.

Another Art Museum is located in Gan Tong Village, Panyu, Guangzhou, and is committed to becoming the most dynamic private art museum in Guangzhou, allowing the public to enter the museum and experience art life in an immersive and multi-dimensional way, creating a cultural symbiosis between the city and the village.

The Museum of Fine Arts consists of four monolithic buildings arranged in a return pattern, the interior of which forms an open-air art plaza，The main pavilions are No. 1 and No. 2, both of which are 12 meters high and have 3 and 2 floors of exhibition halls respectively, as well as an art exchange center, a rooftop terrace, a restaurant and a cafe, etc. They are open to the public on a long-term basis.Combining architecture with light, light passes with time and breathes, lightly penetrating the whole building. With the design concept of light painting shape, focusing on portraying the outline of the building, light portrays the wall extending upward and extending sideways, when light penetrates the building, presenting a sense of movie scene atmosphere, blending classical and science fiction shadows.

As Constantin Brancusi points out, “Art must arrive unannounced, as if in a sudden shock of life and breath.” 

The first thing you see when you enter the exhibition hall is the light, and then the space is gradually highlighted from the light. Walking into the light and feeling the space, light and space together build the context, just like being in a different space. The alternation of movement and static, the subtle change of color blocks, allows the audience to place their senses in the midst of change, where change is the only eternal theme, and every second of the picture reminds you of the change that is taking place.

The pavilion sets regular lighting and illumination lighting respectively, embedding lighting as a work inside the museum, the way and space of light as the protagonist opens the link between present and future, reality and technology, opens a new observation dimension of perspective on the past, present and future, and feels the static entity of the building transformed into a multi-dimensional dynamic visual scene.

When the light enters the interior from the surface of the building, caressing every inch of texture, different intensity relationships are gradually presented, and the characteristics of time are clarified, making the static building seem to travel through time, and the internal and external shapes and skin texture of the building are strengthened, thus creating rhythm and rhythm, and creating a more pure world of light and shadow.
